I received this from a friend and I wanted to share this with all my friends. With her permission here, it is. I thought this was a beautiful meaningful message for all of us. A nice way to start my message.

As I grow older my realizations are...

1. That love is all that is real and everything else is an illusion.

2. Everyone is just looking to be loved, respected and recognized.

3. Most of us want and need the deep conversation and weary of small talk.

4. Keeping up with the Jones is exhausting and stupid.

5. Being an “out of the box” person (free Spirit) is freeing, beautiful and exhilarating!

6. Speaking your truth is important, honest and life changing.

7. Drama is over rated. It doesn’t help you get the kind of attention you are seeking. It pushes those you are seeking away.

8. Youth is fleeting, don’t rely on looks and surface qualities to get you through life. Even if it did it would be a very shallow life.

9. People only give you and your life a few seconds of consideration. Stop worrying about what others think. Live your life on your terms.

10. Loving yourself is the most important thing you can do for yourself and the world. Doors fly open when you do. Healthy people and situations will magically appear once you do!
